Sharing with the Club
Nothing leaves the app unless you tap Share. When you tap Share my week, the app sends your Club nickname and Team name (if you’ve set them), your level, the date, and that week’s points, training days and week streak. When you share a badge or certificate, it sends its name instead of the numbers. A random code made on your device is sent so that repeats count once; it isn’t linked to you.
We don’t collect your email, real name, location or anything about your sessions beyond those totals, and we don’t store your IP address (it’s used briefly to stop spam, then forgotten).
Your nickname may appear on this public site in the Friday shout, the monthly roundup and the Badges page. New nicknames and team names are checked before they appear.
How long we keep it
Shares are deleted after 12 months. Names are removed from published roundups after 24 months. If you share a badge, your nickname and team are listed under that badge for up to 24 months, then removed. Plain totals with no names (for example, “120 training days in March”) are kept.
Children
Use a nickname only, never a real name or school, and only share with a parent’s or guardian’s agreement.
Removing an entry
To have an entry removed, email info@spdata.co.uk with your nickname and the month.
